AOL allows you to filter your incoming email. Make sure you have your filter set to accept incoming mail.

If you have this filter set to block incoming email, you will not receive my response to you. In addition, other people using the directory will not be able to reach you. If you are not accepting incoming email, it makes no sense to list your email address...

For those of you AOL users who have asked to be listed but do not appear on the directory and think you have never received a response from me, here is the answer to your mystery. AOL has returned my email to you as "undeliverable."

Fellow Alum Nancy Genovese was nice enough to give me these instructions for you all...
Go to the master screen name > Keyword> mail controls > the screen name in question > make sure the domain @aol.com is not blocked. Make sure you have "allow all email, AOL users, Internet users and domains." Or make sure you allow @aol.com. Also check keyword: parental control make sure you have general listed for the screen name in question. Parental controls may be up in error, all parental controls come with limited email sending and receiving.
